One Platform for the Full Construction Lifecycle — From Discovery to Delivery

The team had no single system to manage the Discovery, Design, Build, and Deliver phases of their projects. There was no clear data strategy — operational data was scattered across spreadsheets and disconnected tools with no way to measure project health against defined KPIs. PMs were coordinating with customers and partners through email, service catalogs were static, and document review was entirely manual. Off-the-shelf solutions were too expensive, too rigid, or required the team to change how they worked.

We started with a current-state assessment and built a prioritized roadmap before writing a line of code. Then we designed a serverless application on AWS — Lambda for compute, Aurora Serverless for the database, and S3 with CloudFront for fast delivery — with a React frontend tailored to their workflows. The platform includes operational dashboards that give PMs real-time visibility into every active job, AI-powered document review via AWS Bedrock deployed as a reliable production tool, dynamic deliverable generation tied to project phases, customizable data and service catalogs, and distinct workflow paths for PM-to-customer and PM-to-partner collaboration.
